The cup is part of the unit
The usual complaint about cup-holder versions is that only a flat-bottomed metal cup transfers heat properly, so most travel mugs fail in them. This one ships with its own cup sitting on the plate, so that problem does not arise.

Will it fit my cup holder?
It is built to standard US cup-holder dimensions and fits the great majority of cars, trucks and vans. If it does not fit yours, send it back within 30 days and we refund you.
Will it drain my car battery?
It draws 3A from the 12V socket. In most cars that socket is only live when the ignition is on, so the mug stops when the engine does. If your socket stays live when parked, unplug the mug.
Will it heat a cold coffee up?
Slowly, and that is not what it is for. It is built to hold a drink where you put it. Pour it in hot and it stays hot. Treat it as a kettle and you will be disappointed, so we would rather say that here than in an email afterwards.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
No. There are electronics in the base. Rinse the inner cup by hand and wipe the outside. That is the whole maintenance routine.
When will my order arrive?
Your order leaves within 48 hours and we email you a tracking link the moment it does. That link carries the carrier's delivery date for your address, which is the only estimate worth quoting.
What if I change my mind?
