Where we ship
United States addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
Cost
Free on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.
How long it takes
Your order is packed and leaves within 48 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start counting from the next business day.
For the delivery date itself we point you at your tracking link rather than quoting a number here. The carrier's estimate for your own address is the only one worth anything, and it appears on your tracking page as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected. It can take up to 48 hours before the carrier's site shows any movement, which is normal and not a sign anything is wrong.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your address, tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still fix it. After that the parcel has gone and we would have to wait for it to come back.
Missing parcels
If tracking says delivered and it is not with you, check with neighbours and your building's parcel room first, then tell us. We will open a trace with the carrier and sort it out.
