How long will my order take?
It leaves us within 48 hours and you get a tracking link by email the moment it does. That link carries the carrier's delivery date for your address, which is a far better answer than any number we could print here.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, usually yes. After that it has been packed.
What is your returns window?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. No restocking fee.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo within 14 days. We replace or refund, and you generally do not need to post anything back.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by the payment processor and card details never touch our systems.
How do I reach a person?
The contact form. It reaches the person who runs the shop, and it gets an answer within one business day.
