You have 30 days from delivery
If it is unused and in its original packaging, send it back and we refund the price of the item. Return postage is yours.
If it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong
That one is on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including what you paid for shipping. You usually will not need to send anything back.
How to start a return
Use the contact form with your order number and one line about what happened. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
When you get your money
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the return arriving, back to the original payment method. Banks then take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it, which is out of our hands.
Cancelling
Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually cancel before it is packed. After it ships it becomes a return.
